Vegetarian Chil

Saute:
1/2 C chopped onion
1 clove garlic
2 Tbsp olive oil

Stir in:
1 Tbsp chili powder
1/4 tsp basil
1/4 tsp oregeno
1/4 cumin

Add and simmer:
1 C chopped zucchini
1/2 C chopped carrots
1 large can seasoned diced tomatoes
2 cans kidney beans
1/2 C green pepper

Add small pasta shells.
